The last 16 727-200s manufactured were for a Federal Express order, which launched--and ended--the 727-200F program.  These 727-200s were the only 727s (including -100s) built as pure freighters.

In outline, they are completely similar to a passenger 727-200.  The -2S2Fs differ, however, in not having any windows at all--the fuselage is smooth on the right side, as seen in the photo above, with no doors or exits.  The only door on the -2S2F is the left-hand forward boarding door.

All of the -2S2Fs are still with Federal Express, but have been refitted with the new FedEx hushkits and repainted into the current livery.
